HCSS Integration - R12

CMiC and HCSS have collaborated to allow the integration of their software system. The integration was put in place to accommodate clients who are using HCSS to track time.

Here's a high-level outline of the data exchanges:

HCSS owns the integration, which uses our web services to communicate with CMiC and if you would like to use it:

• Enter a CMiC case for us to activate the HCSS API bundle, and

• Contact your HCSS Sales Team. Customers who do not have any HCSS products can go to this site: https://www.hcss.com/request-info/ (which can be found on HCSS’s main site). You can also call 800-683-3196 by phone.
