Human Capital Management - Job Classifications

The Job Classification screen is used to define broad categories of jobs. Basic details, as well as desired attributes can be defined for each category. These jobs can be used to create company-specific positions in the Positions screen.

NOTE: The major difference between job classifications and positions is that employees are assigned to the latter whereas the former are more abstract definitions.
