Overview of Performance Management

The Performance Management section starts with the definition of corporate level standards; these are then refined at the job classification level, and then again at the employee level. Performance standards are split into categories, each of which can be assigned a weight and a display order.

Corporate performance standards should be defined before job classification standards, which should in turn be defined before employee performance plans. For more information, please refer to Human Capital Management - Corporate Performance Standards.
