General Ledger - Transaction Query

Pgm: TRANQRY – Transaction Query; standard Treeview path: General Ledger > Queries > Transactions

The Transaction Query screen is used to examine all the transactions for a company, sorted by posting date.

Company, From/To Post Date, Journal

Enter/select a company code, from/to post dates, and journal. If the Post Date fields are left blank, the query will display all posted transactions for the selected journal.

Account Pick List, Batch, Department

Specify an account pick list, batch number, or department to further filter query results.

Press this button to run the query and display all the posted transactions in the current fiscal year for that company and journal.
