Create Change Request – Change Profile Info

Step 1: Select the Current Profile

Profile Information; standard Treeview path: Employee Self-Service > Personal Information > Profile Information

Select the current profile from the Profile Information screen using the field highlighted above. Please note that only one change request can be made at a time. If a previous request exists, it must be approved or deleted before another change can be made to the same profile.

Step 2: Enter the Effective Date of the Change

Profile Information; standard Treeview path: Employee Self-Service > Personal Information > Profile Information

Enter/select the date the requested change is to take effect in the Effective Date field, highlighted above. An optional comment can also be entered in the Comment field.

Step 3: Modify the Relevant Information

Make the required changes to the Employee Profile.

Step 4: Save and Upload

Press the [Save] button to save any changes made. Fields with newly entered information are highlighted in green. Saved change records appear as “Pending” records.

Saving a record also reveals the Attachment section at the bottom of the Profile Information screen. Press the [Upload] button to attach any relevant documents to the Employee Profile.

Step 5: Submit the Change Request

Press the [Submit] button to submit the change for manager approval. Once a change record is submitted, it can’t be edited further and can only be approved or rejected. Submitted changes appear as “Submitted” records, as shown below.

Step 6: Wait for Manager Approval

Once the change request has been submitted, it may be approved or rejected in the Request Approval screen. Once an action is taken by the manager, the employee is notified via email and the change request record appears as an “Approved” or “Rejected” record type in the Personal Information screen.
