The Qualifying Event Status screen lists the status of every qualifying event request made through the ESS module. Events are labeled as “Pending”, “Submitted”, or “Approved”. This screen is display-only. Any notes associated with the event records can be opened by pressing the blue link in the Notes column.

The Event Updated By and OE Updated By columns allow administrators to identify the user who initiated, edited, submitted, rejected, or approved the request. All actions are stored in an audit table for each request, including the action, date, time, and user, if the record was impersonated.
