I'm seeing an "Error 400 – Envelope ID does not exist" message on my DocuSign account. What does this mean?
This happens when a client has more than one environment set up in Connect Configurations. Since the connect config is set up for both environments, any document that goes out from their company will attempt to send a webhook notification to both connect config environments that are set up.
On the CMiC side, when we receive that notification, we verify the envelope ID to see if it was an envelope that originated from this tenant.
This is R&D work that will get scheduled based on priority. In the meantime, users can ignore any errors that say, "Error 400 – Envelope ID does not exist".
