Troubleshooting Common Errors
1. The Redirect URI is Not Registered Properly with DocuSign
This error will be displayed if:

The redirect URI was not registered with the integration key that is used.

The redirect URI was just registered and the changes have not yet been applied on DocuSign’s server.

The redirect URI was not registered with the integration key used.

To resolve this, consult the DocuSign OAuth2.0 Setup Guide under Step 3: Add Your Redirect URI in the Setting Up Your Integration Key with DocuSign section.

Wait about 5-10 minutes for the changes to be applied to DocuSign’s server and try again.

2. Tokens Were Not Updated. Use Pop-Up Window to Sign in to DocuSign
This error will be displayed if you try to send a document without authenticating to DocuSign first.
To resolve this, use the pop-up window for DocuSign Authentication under Step 3 of the DocuSign Authentication Steps for OAuth 2.0 section to sign in to DocuSign and obtain a token. Then try again.
3. The Client ID Provided is Not Registered with DocuSign
To resolve this error, add the integration key and secret key again in the Project System Options screen.
