Accounts Receivable - Executive Query

The Accounts Receivable Executive Query screen is used to query customer invoices and checks. The first section is used to select a class and collector code. The second section displays a summary of the amount owing by customer. For each customer, it is possible to display all the invoices for that customer, and then display further invoice and payment detail when accessing the individual invoices.
Selection Criteria
This section’s fields are used to filter the list of invoices in the Balances section.
Company
Enter/select a company code.
Class
Enter/select the class code. Only data associated with this code will be displayed in subsequent sections on this screen.
Collector
Enter/select the collector code. Only data associated with this code will be displayed in subsequent sections on this screen.
Age Date
Enter/select the aging date for the customer information to be queried in the next sections. The information displayed will be aged based on the date entered in this field, regardless of the current system date.
The system date will default to this field but may be changed at any time.
NOTE Any invoices entered with dates subsequent to the date entered in this field will be treated as current.
Age Deposits
Check this box if deposits are to be aged along with the other customer activity when calculating balances. If this box is unchecked, deposits will age into the current period.
Query Data
Press this button to run the query. If one of the parameters is changed, click this button again to refresh the list.
Balances
The Balances section displays each customer’s aging as well as their balance. Invoices and payments are consolidated in this section for each customer and sorted into the appropriate aging period.
Invoices
Press this button to examine the invoices that make up the specified customer balances.

Deposits
Press this button to view any non-applied deposits for the customer.
Sub-Customers
Press this button to examine the sub-customer balances that make up the controlling customer balances.
Invoices - Button
Pop-up window launched from [Invoices] button on Accounts Receivable Executive Query screen
This screen automatically displays any invoice with an outstanding amount not equal to zero.
GL Dist
Pressing this button opens a window that shows the General Ledger distribution of the invoice. This includes the batch number and any job or equipment information.
Details
This button is enabled when sales invoices have the item detail information.
Check
Pressing this button opens a window showing all payments related to the current invoice.
Adjustment
Press this button to examine the dollar amounts that make up the invoice in the previous section.
