Accounts Payable - Certifying Agencies

Pgm: GTCERTAGNCY – Certifying Agencies; standard Treeview path: Accounts Payable > Setup > Global Tables > Certifying Agencies

This screen is used for the maintenance of certifying agency codes, which are used in subcontractor prequalification. Certifying agencies are customizable and can be uniquely assigned to each subcontractor.

Enter a unique certifying agency code.

Description

Enter a certifying agency description.

Active Flag – Checkbox

Check this box to make the agency available in the Certifying Agencies List on the Classification tab of the Business Partner Maintenance screen and Organization Management screen.

NOTE: Users will not be able to delete a certifying agency if it is saved in the Business Partner Maintenance or Organization Management screens.
