Construct APR - Batch Operations

Users can manage multiple notifications at once by selecting several records to approve, reject, or reassign the notifications in one action. For more information, see Construct APR - Batch Operations.

Batch Approval

After selecting the necessary notifications, click on the [Approve] button to approve them. The Approve Items pop-up window will appear for users to confirm the approval, as shown in the screenshot below.

Batch Rejection

After selecting the necessary notifications, click on the [Reject] button to reject them. The Reject Items pop-up window will appear for users to confirm the rejection, as shown in the screenshot below.

Batch Reassign

After selecting the necessary notifications, click on the [Reassign] button, as shown in the above screenshot. The Reassign Items pop-up window will appear for users to select a contact in the Assign To field and confirm the reassignment, as shown in the screenshot below.
