2. Creating a Single Actual Equipment Location
You can ask the assistant to create a new Actual Equipment Location by providing the required details. The assistant will guide you through the process, confirm your entries, and then create the location.

Company Code (if not provided, the assistant will help you select or confirm it)

Creating Multiple Actual Equipment Locations Using a File
You can upload an Excel, CSV, or text file containing a list of locations to be created in bulk.

Creating Actual Equipment Locations for All Active, Valid, In-Process Jobs
If you want to automatically create Actual Equipment Locations for all jobs that don’t already have one, just ask.

Company Code Selection and Security

If you have access to only one company, the assistant will use it automatically.

Tips and Best Practices

Only Location Code, Name, and Company Code are required.

The assistant cannot edit or update existing locations.

No creation will proceed without your explicit confirmation.

If a Location Code is missing in your file, the assistant will generate a unique code (up to 10 characters) based on the name.
