US Payroll - Update Certified Rep Flag

This is a custom utility screen which is hidden by default and must be added to your treeview using Treeview Builder with the target name "PY - Update Certified Rep Flag". Refer to Treeview Builder - Adding a New Menu Item to the Treeview for more information. It is used to enable or disable the ‘Include in Cert Rep’ checkbox on posted timesheets for hourly employees. Records can be initially flagged using a checkbox with the same name, located on the Timesheet Details tab of the US Payroll - Timesheet Entry screen, but can also be flagged later using this screen.

This functionality is an alternate feature that must be enabled by CMiC. It is used to flag records in a timesheet to be included in the US Payroll - Federal Certified Payroll Report.

Selection Criteria

This section is used to filter posted timesheets by employee, job company, or job. However, these fields can also be left empty to display all posted timesheet records in the Posted Timesheets section.

Employee No

Enter/select an employee number by which to filter the posted timesheets.

Job Company

Enter/select a job company by which to filter the posted timesheets.

Job

Enter/select a job by which to filter the posted timesheets.

[Display] - Button

Click this button to display the timesheets in the Posted Timehseets section below.

Posted Timesheets

This section lists the posted timesheets for hourly employees.

Incl in Cert Flag - Checkbox

Use this checkbox to check/uncheck records so that they will be included/excluded in the Federal Certified Payroll Report.
