Uploading Multiple Documents to Mobile Should Auto-Index Document ID

Fixed a bug where uploading multiple documents failed when a document ID was required. All documents were assigned the same ID, causing the upload to fail. The issue was resolved by auto-indexing document IDs to prevent duplicates. (CF-32488)

Export Log

Users can now export their Checklist logs in the web version (tags are excluded for now). (CF-32848)

Filter/Group By Location Code

Users can now filter and/or group by existing location codes. (CF-31924)

Preserve User’s Last Log Settings

User’s last log settings will now be preserved even after navigating away. Available on Patch 21. (CF-28206)

Bring Back Search/Filtering in Multi-Select State From Add Documents From Folder

“Select All” Sharing Option Exceeds Drawing Package Sheet Selection

Issue Submitting/Saving Records Due to Attachments

Fixed a bug where error was thrown when submitting daily journals. Users could only submit by saving the entry as a draft, reopening it, and then submitting. The problem was related to attachments having a unique key. (CF-35060)

Cannot Upload Documents with French Characters in File Name

Fixed a bug where files with French characters in its file name could not be uploaded to any objects or directly to document folders. (CF-31289)

Attach Feature Missing in Journals When Filtering

Fixed a bug where attempting to link an existing document from a folder to any record on phones, the [Select] button becomes unavailable if a filter is active on the Document Selection screen. (CF-33452)

Linked Object Labels Disappearing on Published Annotations

Wrong Project Shown Navigating from Field to Construct PM Using Hybrid Menu Item

Fixed a bug when using the hybrid menu item to navigate from CMiC Field to Construct PM, the incorrect project was being displayed in Construct PM. Workaround is to use the Construct Feature node in the treeview as the entry point to Construct PM. (CF-34000)

Status LOV Does Not Consistently Close Upon Clicking Away

Fixed a bug where the Status LOV did not consistently close when clicking away. (CF-19438)

Intermittent Saving Issue

Fixed an intermittent issue where punch list items created on drawing sheets failed to save. (CF-29973)

Fixed an intermittent issue where punch list stamps occasionally failed to link to drawings. (CF-35809)

Saving and Deleting Shipment Causing Incorrect Amounts

Fixed a bug where deleting a shipment after creating, fully receiving, and saving it caused all items to show negative totals and doubled any outstanding amounts. (CAM-8889)

Leaving Unchanged Receipt Throwing Warning

Fixed a bug where a pop-up appeared when reviewing receipts and leaving the record without making any changes. (CAM-9492)

Issue Searching For Requestor

Fixed a bug during requisition creation while searching for a requestor, the requestor cannot be found in LOV unless the user first scrolls down the list. (CAM-9506)

'View All' Related Objects Privilege Error

Fixed a bug where if a user did not have the 'View All' privilege for RFIs, they received an error message when attempting to access the Related Objects tab. (CF-34381)

RFI Screen Error With $ Sign

Fixed a bug where special characters were causing errors in certain fields. (CF-33896)

Ball-in-Court Toggle Does Not Work Properly

Fixed a bug where ball-in-court email notification toggle was not correctly showing as enabled or disabled. (CF-34144)

Submittal Responses Causes Reviewer's Table to Wipe Out

Fixed a bug where responding to Submittal records at any step would cause the reviewer's table to go blank. (CF-35703)

Edited Notes Not Reflected Returning to Submittal Record

Fixed a bug where if a note was edited in a Submittal record, when leaving the record and returning the note had reverted. (CF-35914)

Rework SubmittalsV2 Close/Reopen Implementation

Fixed a design flaw by moving close and reopen options out of the SubmittalsV2 record overflow menu for easier access. (CF-36386)

Log Does Not Load Correct Records

Fixed a bug where navigating from the Documents or Submittals screens back to a filtered SubmittalsV2 log caused the log to show all records, then no records, before finally showing the filtered SubmittalsV2 records. (CF-34827)
