Job Costing - Maintain Reason LOV

Pgm: PMSYSLOV – Maintain PM LOV; standard Treeview path: Job Costing > Setup > Local Tables > Maintain Reason LOV

This screen is used to maintain the LOV values for the Reason field of PCIs. The Reason field's LOV is available on the PCI Detail tab of the Potential Change Items screen in CMiC Field. The Reason field indicates the reason for the PCI and can be filtered based on the PCI type selected in the Type field.

NOTE: Users with the appropriate privilege can enter free-form values in the Reason field that will automatically be added to the Maintain Reason LOV screen, without a PCI type. For more information, please refer to PCI Detail – Tab.

PCI Type

Enter/select a PCI type to filter the Reason LOV on the PCI Detail tab of the Potential Change Items screen, as shown below. Leave this field blank to include the reason value in the Reason LOV regardless of the PCI type selected in the Type field.

Potential Change Item screen; standard Treeview path: CMiC Field > Budget & Cost Management > Potential Change Items

If no PCI type is selected in the Type field on the Potential Change Items screen, the Reason field's LOV will display all PCI type values.
